Congratulations on the purchase of your new N+ Ford Bikes product. To ensure that you experience many years of enjoyment and riding fun, in addition to the statutory warranty and guarantees, we voluntarily grant for all frames an extended warranty of 2 years in total from the date your bike is delivered for frames, forks and other major parts listed under the Extended Parts Warranty list.Β

The Warranty OfferedΒ
Applies in the event of and is limited to a structural defect in the workmanship or materials at the time of receiving the delivered goods and excludes normal wear and tear. The Consumer shall be entitled to request from us to repair the defect or to supply replacement Goods (as ordered) which are free from those defects.Β

Only applies for material and workmanship defects that already existed on delivery where proof of purchase and photographic proof of defect is provided and any guarantee period that exceeds the legal warranty period in the relevant jurisdiction is limited to the original owner and excludes additional costs of transport, duties, and assembly/disassembly. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage to the paintwork/anodization/coatings during ownership, tire punctures, misuse, accident, neglect, corrosion, damage in transit or improper assembly.Β

All parts not specifically mentioned above are subject to wear or are consumables and are not covered by warranty including tires, spokes, bearings, brake pads, chains, belts, sprockets, bottom brackets, painted surfaces, saddles, handlebar tape, rubber inserts, bolts, threads, sliding bearing surfaces, non-rechargeable batteries, and pedals. For safety, the parts must be replaced by the customer once they reach their wear limit.Β

Third party components such as SRAM, Shimano, Pinion are warrantied directly by those manufacturers.Β Β

Like any rechargeable battery, rechargeable battery packs will experience a decrease in capacity over time as they are subjected to charge and discharge cycles. N+ Ford Bikes warranties that your battery pack will maintain 70% or higher capacity for at least 500 charge cycles or two years whichever comes first.Β

Without any limitation of the statutory warranty rights of the Consumer, our voluntary warranty is subject to the following additional conditions:Β

1. Customer agrees to adhere to care, maintenance and operating instructions detailed in your product manual.Β

2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by inappropriate or unspecified use of Goods as described on our website and operation manuals, including:Β

Neglect of Goods (lack of care and maintenance).Β

Failure to properly install or assemble the Goods or use a properly qualified technician for repairs or maintenance.Β

Damage from competition or stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or similar activities or any activity that is not consistent with the intended use of the product.Β

Water damage.Β

Any defects or damages caused by actions that are inconsistent with any guidance or warnings set forth in any ownerβs manuals or product assembly instructions.Β

Damages resulting from power surges or improper charging of the battery pack or use of any charger not supplied by N+ Ford Bikes or its authorized dealers.Β

Replacement of electrical or mechanical components with non-identical components that were not expressly approved by us.Β

Unauthorized modifications including altering your bike's performance, such as increasing the electric assistance beyond the legal limit.Β

Mounting of incompatible third-party accessories.Β

Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.Β

Vandalism.Β

Damage to the bike caused by a collision, dropping, crash or accident.Β

Excessive loads of any kind, including exceeded rider weight, towing or commercial use.Β

Scratches, dents, decals and other cosmetic damage to paint finish, including color changes as a result of exposing the bike to, or riding the bike in, severe weather conditions, due to environmental factors or cleaning products.Β

3. We reserve the right to first repair Goods under warranty.Β Only after Goods are determined non-repairable by Customer Support will a return or replacement be considered.Β Β Β Β

4. We reserve the right to replace Goods when appropriate under warranty. If it is determined it is necessary to change the model, we will endeavor to replace it with the same or a similar model based on current availability.Β

Replacement parts will not be sent until photographic or other evidence has been provided. We may request additional documentation (such as video) to assist with accurately diagnosing the problem and processing a warranty claim.Β Β Β Β Β

5. We reserve the right to first repair defective lithium-ion batteries under warranty. Only after lithium-ion batteries are determined non-repairable by Customer Support or an approved lithium-ion battery service center will the battery be replaced. It will then be determined what to do with the defective lithium-ion battery.Β Β

Information regarding the expected battery range on a single charge on one of our ebikes is an estimate, not a guarantee. There are many factors that contribute to actual, real-world range for an ebike battery such as age of the battery, temperature, level of assist, speed, payload, and terrain. Given the right conditions, it is possible to get less than the expected minimum range or greater than the expected maximum range.Β

6. Guarantee rights are limited to the above mentioned and any additional costs incurred such as disassembly, transport, duties, taxes and additional costs for assembly due to a model-change are not covered. Within the framework of our voluntary guarantee, the Consumer shall bear these costs.Β

7. We may refuse to remedy defective Goods in the manner requested by the Consumer if such a remedy would result in unreasonable costs.Β

8. If your product is shipped and arrives damaged, please contact us directly by phone or e-mail within 3 working days from the date of delivery. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by this warranty, however a claim may be filed with the shipping company, and we will work together to resolve damaged goods on arrival.Β

9. Our guarantee is valid only for the original Consumer who purchased the goods and is not transferrable.Β Β

10. If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.Β

Submitting a Warranty ClaimΒ
The Customer Support Team will not replace Goods under warranty without first seeing photos or video proof of the damaged warranty Goods.Β Β

To exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Warranted Product under this Limited Warranty, you must:Β

Contact the Customer Service Team through our website, contact form, or email. The Customer Service team will initially work with you on the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes.Β

If the Customer Service Team determines that a Warranted Product must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for having an Approved Service Provider Dealer Locator | Ford eBikes fixing the issue and/or returning the defective Warranted Product and receiving the replacement.Β

After you receive the replacement Warranted Product, the Customer Service Team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Warranted Product onto your ebike.Β

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Warranted Product, unless the Customer Support Team agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs. Replacement Warranted Products under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser or Approved Service Provider Dealer Locator | Ford eBikes.Β
FAQs
All repairs need N+ Ford Bikes approval to be covered under warranty. While replacement parts and repair labor costs are covered, any transportation expenses for on-site repairs or travel to and from a service point will be the responsibility of the bike owner. Professional assembly and disassembly are not covered.
A repair or replacement under a warranty does not extend the warranty period.
Warranty is available in country of Goods purchase within US, some exclusions apply on purchases from authorized Dealerships from outside the listed markets. Claims made outside the country of purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions.

The Ford helmet looks and feels awesome!
Added a Ford sticker to the front. This is the way the helmet should have come. It is supposed to be a Ford Helmet so it should have some branding. I love the helmet and feel much safer with the turn signals and being more visible. I also purchased the visor that goes with it and the back pack by Unit 1. I highly recommend this piece of gear. Very high quality bike! I like that it matches my Bronco! Electric motor power application is very smooth and seamless with pedaling. The dash screen is great, and I really like all of the Ford touches all over the bike. Very happy with my purchase!

Great ride and the handling is excellent. Color is outstanding and the battery life is fantastic. Only negatives are the seat is horribly uncomfortable, but that was fairly easily corrected with a comfy topper, I deeply wish it came with a kickstand, and the assembly instructions would have been nearly impossible without a mechanic for a husband.

Very easy to put together not instructions needed, looks way better in person very nice materials and finish. The electric assistance is perfect and very responsive. Canβt wait for spring to start riding it daily.
Nice stylish bike with the drive modes as well when not pedaling. Seat is comfortable. CS did a a good job of sending the missing parts from the original pkg as well quickly . This bike will get up and go. Wish a bronco would appear after the ford logo at the intro b4 it goes to the speedometer That is similar to the SUV bronco version . But itβs still cool. It s definitely one of the better e bikes on the market.
Really enjoy the bike. It has plenty of power, is smooth to ride, and has good range. The only disadvantage is that it does not have an adjustable seat so it is a little awkward to peddle. I am 6 foot and if I sit and peddle, I am unable to extend my leg completely.
The bike is great, easy to set up. The ride is amazing! Just waiting to receive the helmet. I tried to order a fender and a water bottle holder, but they are not in stock. I wish the customer service was as good as the bike.

Great tech and solid helmet!
Helmet is very nice and the remote features are a big plus. Delivery time was extremely longer than expected , so that took away from the experience as I was given multiple dates when to expect delivery and all come and went with any apology for the reccuring delays.
Itβs been over 4 months and still havenβt received my full order. I have reached out to customer service several time . Aside from false promises and no actual shipping date this has been truly disappointing experience.

Iβm really happy with the bike. It rides and handles well. Delivery was faster than anticipated and assembly was very easy. Itβs a great companion to my Mustang.
An amazing work of art that represents Ford Mustang heritage. Fit, finish, quality of components, are all top notch. The performance of the bike is superb, checks all the boxes for a great electric rear hub drive. I absolutely love the "Race Red" color. I haven't received my Smart Helmet yet, but looking forward to incorporating it into this amazing machine. I am a Ford Mustang loyalist! This electric Mustang Mach E bicycle will compliment my electric 2025 Mustang Mach E - GT Rally and my gas 2008 Shelby GT 500.

Ford Bronco e-bike race red matches my Bronco. Rides great, smooth shifting and fast. Difficult finding a hitch rack that holds bike and tilts down to allow access to rear cargo area.
Hi , I love the bike . They said they would send the helmet, but it has not arrived yet. Also when I ordered on the website , it said $1000.00 off the price if you own a ford, and I checked the box off ,and it did not apply the deduction. It was to be $3,000 but it charged me $4,000. I was at the ford dealership in Moreno Vally and the guy said I was on the right website so not sure why the bike was not $1,000 off as stated on the website. I hope you can honor this for me . I did take snapshots of it saying 1,000 off the price. Next week I will take the bike on a run. Thank you
Perfect color match to the Bronco's Cactus Grey. This bike basically looks and feels like an off road motorcross bike. Turns heads and gets questions everywhere. So far great experience. If had to pick something to improve, would ask for more adjustability or frame size options to better fit smaller riders. Universal frame size fit may be tougher for true enthusiasts to get used to.
I would suggest a kick stand and mirrors on future models. Otherwise a great bike.

These Ford bikes are nice highend products. Wish the Bronco seat was a little more comfortable. They look and ride great. My Bronco bike matches my Bronco perfectly.
I am disappointed that it took so long for the bike to get here, and I STILL have not received my helmet. I ordered the bike almost four weeks ago.
I wish the seat was adjustable but other than that, it's a great bike. Assembly was easy and it's a joy to ride.

Delivery was on time. Assembly was not difficult but you do need a torque wrench. There were reflectors and some other parts with no instructions as to where they went on the bike
